There will be nine aid stations with water near miles 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12. Zym Hydration will also be available near miles 2, 4, 6, 9, 11 & 12. Energy gels will be available near mile 6.
With warmer summer temperatures, runners are encouraged to carry additional water with their favorite hydration bottle, belt, vest or pack.
Portable restrooms will be available at the start/finish and along the course near mile 3 & 10 as well.
The roads are open to traffic. The local Police Department will help monitor traffic.
