Free shuttle buses will bring participants to the starting line at nearby Good Harbor Beach about 3 miles away. Shuttles available 7:30am - 8:30am. ONLY race participants will be allowed on the shuttles. Please do not delay getting on the shuttle bus to the start. (The system does not work if everyone waits until the last minute to load the shuttle!) The start has restrooms and gear check.
There will be six aid stations with water near miles 2, 3.5, 5, 6.5, 9 and 11.5. A restroom will be available along the course near mile 6.
Runners are encouraged to carry additional water with their favorite hydration bottle, belt, vest or pack.
The roads are open to traffic. The local Police Department will help monitor traffic.
